For customized or out-of-stock items, shipping times may be slightly extended. A member of Dazzle’s team will be in touch with you to provide regular updates and estimated shipping times after your order has been placed.”
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have the option to either return it for a complete refund* or exchange it for an alternative item. You have a 3-day window from the date of order delivery to initiate a return or exchange. The products being returned or exchanged must be in the same condition as when received, including the original packaging. If you choose to return the item, you will be responsible for shipping it to our warehouse and filling out a return form, which will be provided by our Customer Care Department via email.
